All 14 consultants and 6 specialists (sales trainers, leadership coaches and practitioners) have a special, systematic education, based on the simad®-Systemansatz. The consultation and qualification service (sales training, leadership training, performance workshops) is targeted at managers and employees who would like to mould change processes together (top-down and bottom-up) in their organisation innovatively and efficiently. Through our method, areas of potential of the person concerned are activated, necessary changes in behaviour are permanently established, and market demands, corporate changes and technological challenges are mobilised for the respective adjustment.
In our projects, we especially emphasise intense coordination with the client company, the precise definition of the key performance indicators to be modified and an integrative (turning clients into participants) approach. In order to work out the best possible solutions, we like to rely on interdisciplinary project teams.
